Considerations regarding the criminal liability of legal entities in national and European law

Abstract

At the European level the most important preoccupations referring to penal responsibility of the companies are found in the European Council and European Union. Due to this the Minister Committee of the European Council in time has approved a long series of recommendations and resolutions that refer to the penal responsibility of the companies.
